In high season the apartment is available only on a weekly base (Saturday to Saturday). We can always make arrangements in low season for a midweek (Monday to Friday) or weekend (Friday to Monday). The B&B is only available from 2 nights on during all the year.

Dogs are not allowed.

Smoking is forbidden in the house.

A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee has to be paid by transfer when the booking is made. A written confirmation will be sent by mail.

70% has to be paid 14 days before arrival. Payment by credit card is not possible.

If the booking is cancelled, the 30% will be held.

If the tenant leaves earlier during his stay or when the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the total amount will be charged.
